Browse Chrome in a Guest Mode
Guest mode is a helpful feature in Google Chrome. Although, this feature is only available for PC users. Follow the below steps to use Guest mode in Google Chrome:
- Firstly, open Chrome and click on the profile icon at the top right corner of the browser.
- Next, choose the Guest profile.

Chrome PDF Reader Feature
You can use your Chrome browser to read the PDF file. Read below steps to read PDF in Chrome:
- Firstly, open the file location on your device.
- Then right click on the PDF.
- After that, choose the Chrome browser option.
Next, the browser will open your PDF for you to read it.
Chrome Pin Tabs Feature
You can keep tabs open in Chrome by using the Pin Tabs feature. All the Pin tabs will move to the left side of your browser. In addition, one of the good things about the Pin Tab is that you cannot close it coincidentally since the “X” disappears after you pin it, so you are not able to close it coincidentally.
You need to right-click on the pin tab and then choose the unpin option to unpin the tab.
Chrome Task Manager Feature
Like your Windows PC, your Chrome browser has its own task manager. To access it press Shift + Esc.
The pop-up window will display all the plugins, extensions, and tabs that are open. The pop-up window will display all the plugins, extensions, and tabs currently in progress, as well as how much of your browser’s resources each process is using (things like memory and image cache). If any appear to be slowing down or stalling your browser, you can close that window directly from the task manager.
Use Extension in Private Window
Chrome also lets you use extensions in Private windows, which is an amazing feature. To do that, click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Then click on More Tools>Extension. Here you will see the list of Extensions that you installed. Click on the Details button. On the extension’s details page, scroll down and locate the “Allow in incognito” option. Click the switch beside it to turn it on.
